Our Services

We are committed to provide the highest quality service to meet and exceed all applicable requirements.
Laser Cutting

The focused laser beam cuts through thick steel plates, and even cuts natures hardest material, the diamond, just as easily as textiles, glass and wooden laminates. The laser beam proves to be superior with several important advantages. The processing exerts no force on the workpiece, and the heat-affected zone is very small. Arbitrary contours can be cut in thin as well as in thick material with high precision and speed with excellent edge quality and narrow kerfs.

Rapidity, flexibility, accuracy, use computer programs.

Waterjet Cutting

By using the concept of erosion, waterjet cutting can cleanly and precisely cut any material. Typical applications include but are not limited to:

  • Industry Precision
  • All metals
  • Aircraft turbine engine components
  • Plastic appliance liners and covers
  • Poly Carbonates
  • Rubber & Silicon
  • Stone & Marble
CNC Punching

Punching machines are tailored to meet exacting market requirements. A host of innovative technologies and unique concepts assure short machining times and highest work piece quality. Hydraulic punching head with 360° – rotation, high stroke rates, user-friendly linear magazine modern controller technology, stable C frame. These techniques enable Just-in-time production, small lot sizes, shorter innovation cycles.

Welding

Welding is the most common way of permanently joining metal parts. In this process, heat is applied to metal pieces, melting and fusing them to form a permanent bond. Because of its strength, welding is used in shipbuilding, industry manufacturing, aerospace applications, and thousands of other manufacturing activities.

Nesting

Nesting refers to the process of laying out cutting patterns to minimize the raw material waste. We use software that analyses the parts (shapes) to be produced at a particular time. Using algorithms, it then determines how to lay these parts out in such a way as to produce the required quantities of parts, while minimizing the amount of raw material wasted.

Stamping

Stamping (also known as pressing) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages.

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering is the processes of extracting knowledge or design information from anything human-made and re-producing it or reproducing anything based on the extracted information.
